List of ICAS 13 Festival Sessions



ICAS 13 Festival Sessions take place in various locations in Surabaya. All ICAS 13 Festival Sessions are available free-of-charge for all ICAS 13 Participants. Most Festival Activities are also open to public. Due to limited capacity, we recommend that you sign-up well in advance. Unless otherwise specified in the registration forms, the spots are available on first come first serve basis. 

Open - You can sign up for the activity by clicking on the sign-up link
Waiting List - This workshop/activity has reached its capacity, but you can sign up for a waiting list if anyone drops out.
Not Required - There no need to sign up for this workshop/activity, just go to location indicated in the online programme.

All ICAS 13 Festival Sessions are available in-person only

ICAS 13 Organising Committee provides shuttle buses for ICAS 13 participants from Campus B, Universitas Airlangga to the festival sessions outside of the campus.
Please check out the workshop description for the time table of the shuttle buses. Please note: Only for those who registered for the workshops.
