A good dietary pattern is defined as the consumption of food that aligns with nutritional and health requirements. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has altered societal behaviors, including dietary habits. Nutritional knowledge plays a crucial role in menu selection through food delivery applications to prevent nutritional issues. The era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and technological advancements have enabled online food ordering through food delivery applications, but it has also led to an increase in fast food consumption. The proposed research aims to assess the impact of nutritional education on nutritional knowledge and menu selection within food delivery applications. The primary concern is the rise in fast food consumption, which has adverse health effects. The research will primarily focus on internal factors that influence nutritional knowledge and menu selection within food delivery applications.
