The locational advantages are assessed regarding the availability of supply and demand within the rural context, specifically in performing arts. The supply aspect considers the availability of human resources, creative ideas, supporting infrastructure, and raw materials. Meanwhile, the demand is evaluated based on the level of demand, marketing, and income generated.
The research findings indicate that rural areas offer an optimal locational advantage for developing the performing arts as a component of the creative economy. The availability of supportive human resources, abundant creative cultural ideas, public and private infrastructure, and easily accessible raw materials are evidence of this advantage. Furthermore, the local community's fondness and love for their culture ensure a consistently high demand, creating a secure market for performing arts.
