Hannilette A. Diola

Wisma Jerman, Indonesia

Hannilette Diola currently heads the Language Department at Wisma Jerman. She acquired her expertise in teaching and training methodology at different Goethe-Institutes around Southeast Asia in the last 15 years. Recently, she completed her double degree in International Education Management at the PH Ludwigsburg in Germany and Helwan University in Egypt, which is where she started to take particular interest in the sustainability aspect of labor migration and pre-departure integration training in the German context.

Although she sees herself as more of a self-made professional than an academic, Han Diola aims to reinforce research around migration practices with her current role. Conversely, she uses data and interpersonal insight gained from her practice to further her research into ideal labor migration solutions.
