Raphaella D. Dwianto

Raphaella Dewantari Dwianto is full time lecturer since 2008 at Department of Sociology in Universitas Indonesia. She obtained her Doctoral Degree in Sociology from Department of Sociology at Graduate School of Arts and Letters Tohoku University, Japan, with her dissertation on dynamics of urban neighborhood associations. Her research interest covers urban community, gentrification, and urban lifestyle. She has disseminated her research in various academic journals and book chapters in Indonesian language, English and Japanese language. She also is responsible for lectures in urban sociology and social change, as well as cultural sociology at the Department of Sociology in Universtias Indonesia.
