Afif Kurniawan mostly known and involved in sports psychology and mentoring athletes. One of them is the women's national baseball softball team for the 2018 ASEAN Games. It is also known that he often doing an important role as a psychological analyst for a sports team. In the past year, he accompanied the Indonesian National Football Team in Cambodia, Phnom Penh, and the FIFA U17 World Cup in Surabaya.
