I was born in West Sumatra but parents are originally from Adonara Island, East Flores District, East Nusa Tenggara Province, hence after finishing my Master Degree in Wageningen University, Netherlands, I decided to work and lived in Ende District, East Nusa Tenggara Province. My focus of research currently is in ikat textiles.
