Conference Shuttle Buses

On Sunday 28 July the Registration will be in the Balai Pemuda. As the registration starts at 12:00 everyone can come at their own leisure. As there will be some sessions and workshop at Campus B of Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR), the Organising Committe has arranged shuttles between Balai Pemuda and UNAIR. The last shuttles leaving from UNAIR on 28 July will head directly towards to the location of the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Dinner, which will take place at the Surabaya City Hall.
Shuttle services are free of charge and subject availibility. A registration badge is required to make use of these shuttles services.

From 29 July until 1 August there will be bus shuttle services between the conference hotels* and UNAIR where the academic sessions will take place. Participants who are not staying at the conference hotels can still get on/off at these pick up/drop off points. Shuttle services are free of charge and subject availibility. A registration badge is required to make use of these shuttles services.
