The ICAS 13 Organising Committee provides shuttle buses from the conference hotels in the Tunjungan/Central Surabaya Area and the Campus Area to Campus B where the acadamic sessions will take place. Shuttle services are subject to availability. Shuttle service to festival session locations outside of the campus will also be provided. Please note that it is required to sign up in advance for these festival sessions. An overview of these sessions can be found here. The buses are free-of-charge for ICAS 13 Participants. You will need to show your conference badge upon pick-up.

ICAS 13 Organising Committee do not provide airport shuttles from Juanda international airport to the hotels or ICAS 13 venues. Participants are responsible to arrange their transportation from the airport. Most ICAS 13 Conference Hotels and Suggested Hotels provide Airport Shuttle Services. Additional fees may apply. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
There are many taxi companies in Surabaya. The fares are calculated based on travel time and distance. The base fare is IDR 9,000, with price per kilometer of IDR 5,000. For safety reasons, we highly recommend you travel with reliable and reputable taxi companies, such as Bluebird and Goldenbird.
Example: The fare from Juanda International airport to Tunjungan Plaza in Surabaya city centre costs approximately IDR 120,000 (EUR 6.80)
